Abstract
Death due to Johne’s Disease in a three-year-old cross bred cow presented to veterinary dispensary in Palakkad District, Kerala State during 2009 is documented. Final diagnosis was made from history, clinical signs, post-mortem lesions, acid fast staining of impression smear from ileo caecal lymph node and results of histopathological examination.
