Abstract

Protein oscillations is one of the major highlights in the field of biophysics and bio-molecules. These oscillations can help us understand complicated biomolecules and shed light on their most basic nature. Through the dynamics of these oscillations, they can also demonstrate to us how biomolecules work. This articleis described the basics of protein oscillations which is a very fundamental approach to the physics of oscillations. Some bio-systems are described where protein oscillations play a vital role. In this article, the Langevin equations and Fokker-Planck equations are used to describe the oscillation dynamics of proteins. It is concluded that the trend of an increase in the entropy of the oscillations is shown by involving a perturbation term in the regular nature of oscillations. The entropy of protein oscillations is very important in understanding protein dynamics.
