Abstract

Lin's Centrality was de ned as an improved centrality measure of closeness, which seems to provide a reasonable solution for detecting centers in networks. Lin's Index of a node is a measure of closeness but nodes with a larger set of reachable nodes from it are given more importance. In this paper an attempt is made to theoretically prove that the Lin's Index is a stable as well as continuous centrality measure.
